When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. Our team ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
We use both the US Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx for shipping. Packages under 2 pounds typically ship via USPS, while overnight packages and those over 2 pounds usually ship via FedEx. If you cannot receive USPS packages or prefer FedEx, please email contact@crittafitta.com (note: additional shipping charges may apply).

What if my package is delayed during shipping?
When packages seem to be missing, it's usually due to one of the following reasons:
1. The package was delivered to a neighbor's house.
2. The package was left in a different spot on your property.
3. The shipping carrier marked the package as delivered before it actually was.
4. Your package is at the local Post Office, but the carrier forgot to leave a slip, the slip was lost, or someone else in your household picked it up.
In most cases, a lost package shows up within a few days. Our policy is that if a package still hasn't arrived 10 days after the delivery date, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
We guarantee the quality of every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to assist you!
1. We accept returns & exchanges for items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition.
2. Returns & exchanges received within 30 days of the original shipping date will be fully refunded.
3. We cannot accept returns & exchanges after 30 days.
4. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
6. Customers are responsible for returns & exchanges shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a free return label.

What if my package is labeled as delivered, but I haven't received it?
When packages appear to be missing, it is almost always one of the following situations:
1. The package may have been delivered to a neighbor's home
2. The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property
3. The shipping carrier marked the package as delivered before it actually has been
4. Your package may be awaiting pickup at the local Post Office but the postal carrier forgot to leave the slip, the slip was lost, or was retrieved by another person in the household
We find that 9 times out of 10, a lost package shows up in a few days. Our policy is that if a package still hasn't shown up 10 days after the labeled delivery date, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
Can I make changes or cancel an order I just placed?
Unfortunately, we can't change or cancel orders once they have been placed and sent to our fulfillment center. We recommend following our returns and exchanges process. For more information, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
It's been a while since my return was delivered. Why haven't I received my refund?
Critta Fitta will issue a credit for the returned item(s) within 3-5 business days of receiving them. However, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I received a package in the wrong size or it’s damaged?
We take great care to ensure this doesn't happen! If you received a product in the wrong size or it’s damaged, we'll provide a replacement or store credit, and we'll cover the replacement shipping cost. Please email us at contact@crittafitta.com, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Does Critta Fitta donate to non-profit organizations? How can I submit a donation request?
Critta Fitta is dedicated to supporting effective dog adoption campaigns, and protecting places where dogs and people go to play, like dog parks.
Our team requires that your organization meet these criteria to receive a donation:
1. Non-profit 501(c)(3)
2. Not a breed-specific organization/event
3. Located in the US

Does Critta Fitta ship internationally?
Critta Fitta currently ships orders within the U.S. Although international shipping is not available from crittafitta.com at the moment, we invite you to subscribe to our email list. We’ll let you know as soon as we expand to other markets. Thanks for your interest! Your business is greatly appreciated.
Why won’t my discount code work?
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, or coupon codes. We recommend using copy and paste to ensure the discount code is entered correctly.
