Our Return Policy

We guarantee the quality of every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help!

  • Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition. Items returned within 30 days of the original shipping date will be fully refunded. We cannot accept returns and exchanges after 30 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.  If an item is marked with FINAL SALE, then this item is Final Sale.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns and exchanges unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a free return label. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
  • Returns & Exchanges Instructions: Please email us at contact@crittafitta.com with the subject line "Returns: #YourOrderNumber" or "Exchanges: #YourOrderNumber"and let us know if you'd like to proceed with a return or exchange. We'll reply with instructions for the return mailing address and the assigned return number. Please ship the items back to our warehouse in California and include the return number with the package to avoid delays in processing.
    • Returns & Exchanges Process: For all returns, please ship the product back to us via a trackable method and keep proof of return postage until your return has been processed. Critta Fitta is not responsible for lost return packages. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, Critta Fitta reserves the right to deny a refund if the items do not meet our return policy requirements.
    • Refunds: For refunds to the original payment method, an $8 restocking fee and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the return balance. There is no restocking fee for store credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

      Returning Defective Items

      If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, please contact us at contact@crittafitta.com with images and a description of the defect or damage as soon as possible. We will replace a defective item if replacement materials are in stock and available. If we cannot offer a replacement, you will be refunded the value of the item at the time of purchase.

      Credit Processing Time for Returns

      Critta Fitta will issue a credit for the returned item(s) within 3-5 business days of receiving them. However, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
