Order Processing Time

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. Our team ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Processing time and delivery dates may be extended during sales and when shipping volume is high. If you need to receive the order ASAP, please feel free to email us at contact@crittafitta.com. We will do our best to ship it sooner.

Domestic Shipping

Please note all delivery times are estimates and will vary depending on the region and carrier. Once the order ships you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number.

We use USPS, FedEx and UPS for shipping. Packages under 2 pounds typically ship via USPS, while overnight packages and those over 2 pounds usually ship via FedEx or UPS. We offer free shipping for all US orders over $49.

International Shipping

Critta Fitta currently ships orders within the U.S. Although international shipping is not available from crittafitta.com at the moment, we invite you to subscribe to our email list.
